Raj bhavan should reflect the aims and aspirations of the people - Governor 
 
The Governor Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar said that Raj bhavan should ideally become a 'Lokbhavan' and it reflects the aims and aspirations of the State. 
 
He was speaking while presiding over the function of the launch of 'Rajahams', the in-house journal of Raj bhavan, here today. 
 
Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan released the 'Rajahams' by handing over the first copy to Shri Shashi Tharoor, Hon'ble Member of Parliament of Trivandrum.
 
Rajahams, the in-house journal, is showcasing the various activities of Kerala Raj bhavan. It is a picturesque journey through the events taken up by Raj bhavan. It also chronicles various developmental projects of the State.
 
The Governor emphasized that there has to be a two-way communication between the powers that be, on one side and the people on the other side.
 
On the occasion, Dr. Mohanan Kunnummal, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kerala, and Dr. Junaid Bushiri, Vice-Chancellor of CUSAT, were honoured for their institutions' achievement in the NIRF 2025 Rankings among state public universities.
