The Governor emphasises humane values in Management.

The Honourable Governor Shri Rajendra Viswanath Arlekar said that a good leader and manager should be essentially humane. He was inaugurating the Annual Management Convention of the Trivandrum Management Association and conferred the TRIMA Awards 2025, here today. Noting that one has to possess good qualities to emerge as a good manager, the Governor said that Management skills are required not only in the corporate sector but in our daily lives too. While principles of Management are important in our professional lives, it is important in our personal and family affairs too, said the Governor.

The Governor said that those who are given the opportunity to serve the people must develop humane values, and prove to be worthy of that position. 'If we lose our humanity, we lose everything', said the Governor.
